Reflection
When I reflect about this 3 minuities, I got main points or understanding the whole book of Jere Brophy, “Teaching” without reading the whole book, listening from the presenters in the class. The book is about the principles of effective teaching that have emerged form research in classrooms. building supportive classroom is important for students because supportive classroom can provide opportunity to learn. Effective teachers engage students’ learning. Another important thing in class is “Curriculum” that should align learning to be applied both in school and in real-life situations outside the classroom. therefore, students should realize that why they are learning. Normally, students learn better when lessons connect with meaningful idea, providing thoughtful discourse has meaningful thinking dialogue with students. Then, students engagement is involved teacher’ supports to be an effective classroom. In effective teaching strategy, How to do, What to do, and General learning are important to consider because like cooperative enhance cognitive, metacognitive, and effective learning. Additionally, after the course, it is important to do assessment, measuring students outcomes. Assessment should be goal-oriented assessment; Assessment should align with curriculum learning activities and make sure achieving the expectations. Teachers’ expectation significantly impact students succeeds. Another things is that, from this mini presentation, I personally have learned many several skills, active listening, note taking, and presenting in crowd. First, while speaker was speaking, I had to listen activity, focusing on main points, main ideas, and supporting points. Which help me to improve how to concentrate and pay attention to speaker. Moreover, instead of writing down all what speaker said, I had to identify which points were the most important and should take note. Lastly, I got experience that presenting among noise class, just focusing on own group and delivering massage to audience carefully.

Topic: The Information-Processing Approach
Definition: The Information-Processing Approach is a cognitive theory that human mind’ memory process. It explains how people receive, process, store, and retrieve information. This approach studies how learners pay attention to information, encode it, store it in memory.
Principle:
Learning- Short -Term Memory, and Long-Term Memory
Example: Riding Bicycle
If you have learned riding bicycle, your brain stored riding bicycle in long-term memories. Although you have no longer ride bicycle for many year, your brain can recall how to ride it and can ride it when you try.
How to implement:
