Religion- Budish, Christian, and other traditional religion
Students’ similarities are social norms. They all aware that they have to respect elders and teachers because group of students influence each other. Clothing, food, festivals are similar. Moreover, they can speak national language (Burmese).
Differences of students are their learning styles, intelligences, ideas, and concept.
Students background - Students have different backgrounds. While some are coming from rich families, most students are coming from underprivileged families. Although their parents expect their children to be educated, they do not know how to support.
Learning styles is transforming from traditional learning style to effective, fun and supportive learning environment.
Motivational factors are students themselves. The students are willing to improve, love to learn, and absorb knowledge.
Students’ behaviors will be different based on their background, some are obedience, clever, smart, productive, while some are disobedient, disrespectful, and lack of motivate to study.
