Portfolio Artifacts and Reflections

Instruction:

A portfolio is an embedded artifact (ordered) collection that presents your work throughout the semester in order to illustrate your learning progress. The portfolio is collection because you will gather both your submissions and the feedback you received on submissions as well as critical reflections on the assignment and feedback. Lastly, the portfolio also requires an order because you will present the collection as a story of your learning and how the different items show progress in learning the class objectives.

The portfolio artifacts should include (at least):

  1. Your Philosophy of teaching
  2. Class Content and Activities:
    1. Teacher Concerns
    2. Student Background
    3. Behavioral Objectives
    4. Biblical Perspectives
    5. Lesson Plans
    6. Technology Integration
    7. Questioning Strategies
    8. Teaching Strategies
    9. Learner Assessment
  3. Evaluation: Classmates and Lecturer Feedback
  4. Mini Unit Plan and 6 Lesson Plan
  5. Narrative Story – Final Reflection (make sure to use your artifacts as your evidence)

The portfolio constitutes a final project for the semester to illustrate your learning and progress toward the graduate profile for the ITC program.
